Great hotel in Monterrey's downtown

Liked: The location is perfect it is a few steps from restaurants and the famous Paseo de Santa Lucía.The room was very clean and had all the amenities mentioned, and the staff was really nice and they responded really fast when we contacted them by What's App.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't like was that the door doesn't have a curtain, so in the morning when the sun rises also your room gets a lot of light so you might wake up earlier than expected.

Liked: Great location in the ancient barrio, right next to St. Lucia canal which has a lot to offer. Easy access to a convenience store.

Liked: It was a small cute hotel. Made the experience more romantic.

Short stay, nice people, I...

Liked: Very beautifully furnished. Good location. There is a great restaurant nearby, Casa de Panque which I highly recommend is closely and open all day. Great for breakfast but for other meals as well.
Disliked: No heat in the room that I could find...I could be wrong. It is on a bit of a sketchy street with construction but in a good location.

If you are ok with...

Liked: Small quiet motel near downtown and river walk area.
Disliked: No contact with anyone. All done over What’s App. Felt rushed in the morning. Cleaners waiting to clean room at 10:45am Sunday morning, check out at noon. Pictures on site must be of another room.
