Liked: The breakfast was amazing, lovely setting, the free bar and snacks downstairs were also a very nice touch. The hotel is also very beautiful.
Disliked: The bed was extremely squeaky, so much so that we didnt really sleep on the first night. I asked it to be fixed a couple of times and reception said it would be, but nothing seemed to change. It turned out the mattress seperated from the headboard (which was the problem) so we managed to pull the mattress away from the bed which stopped the squeaking but left quite a large gap behind our head, which wasnt ideal. The squaking was not really an issue, more that nothing was done about it despite me asking twice.The room also didnt have a window facing out of the hotel so there was no natural light which was not ideal.

Liked: The staff were great and all had good English. The room was good and we loved the cafe on the ground floor. The rooftop breakfast was a great bonus, we had amazing views as we enjoyed you breakfast. Our package included free breakfast. There were lots to see a walk from our hotel and we felt very safe here
Disliked: The TV didn't work well. The remote struggled to turn on the tv and then when we did get it on it needed tuning and once that was done we didn't get any English speaking channels at all
