Nice stay overall!

Liked: Friendly staff. Enjoyable lemon water and coffee. Good service of baggage storage.
Disliked: Music is a bit noisy in the late evening. Although new bath products are appealing, always switching to new ones can be wasteful.

Liked: Lovely hotel, good fun vibe, live music and they do free margarita happy hour which is an ultimate bonus - would def stay here again

A very big disappointment

Disliked: The hotel has unbearable noise from 19:00 until around 02:00 after midnightIt was not possible to sleep at night (we arrived after a 17-hour flight)The situation was so difficult that even though we booked 3 nights we left the hotel after only one night.We were told that this is a hotel that provides a place for music, but those of you who want to come to the hotel to rest, this is not the place for you.The room itself was not ventilated, the air conditioner did not work well.A very big disappointment

Liked: Pool area is lovely, rooms great and comfortable.Good bar and free coffee in the morning.Staff friendly and helpful.Music was played in the bar in evenings too which was great.
Disliked: I know it's West Hollywood but charging 65 dollars a night parking is a joke. Also valet only, would have been quicker at times to park myself when it was busy.
