Would comeback for a fair...

Liked: Location is a plus; personal staff was professional and helpful. Room design is great. Would come back again for a value price.
Disliked: Even I stated the goods the area might be perceived sketchy. Lobby might be improved or redesigned to give a more updated look. Staff was professional and helpful.

Liked: Location of the hotel, clean and modern room, polite personnel.
Disliked: We were given an extremely loud room, 2nd floor facing the street corner, massive crowds of revellers outside (Saturday night), also next to the elevator. Hotel was 90% empty. They could have so easily given us a quieter room but no, they didn't care. Breakfast was totally barebones, not even fruit juice.... But $20 per person? Really?
