Comfortable stay and very clean.

Liked: The location was great walking distance of museums, restaurants and shopping. Artwork in the hotel is beautiful. Hotel staff is friendly.
Disliked: The resort fees are high but if you travel often it is common. Worth it at this location. You do get deposit back.

Surprised by fees but place...

Liked: Wonderful place with quirky decor. Loved the inventive layout of the room.
Disliked: Hidden fees charging for what someone booking a room would naturally expect to be included. It did not help that Booking sinks these additional fees as a footnote so that they can present as having cheaper prices. This MASSIVELY undercuts the integrity of the hotel for allowing it and Booking for doing it. Be honest and avoid me and thousands of others through the year gritting our teeth when we think of Zena and Booking.
