Liked: The room was very nice and spacious.
Disliked: The staff at the bar was rude and looked miserable. They didn't acknowledge me at all when I first sat down and I had to ask for several items.

Liked: Good location a few blocks from the White House and Mall. Clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Good rooftop area with pool.
Disliked: Parking was VERY expensive and cheaper to organise it nearby on an app.

Trying to be cool and...

Disliked: The whole explanation of the $30 resort fee was annoying. Best to not say that pays for the free wifi, water in the rooms, access to the gym. Every hotel in DC provides that but does not talk about it. Then when logging into the wifi you have to agree to the marketing material to login. Thought that was part of the $30 dollar fee? Lights in the room were not well laid out. The switch by the bed does not work unless you turn on the one by the door. Not worth the $573 per night charge.
