Loved it! We are returning...

Liked: Loved all the extras-cookies, tea sandwiches, morning fruit, turn down service, energy bars and free local transportation!
Disliked: Very expensive but somewhat competitive with hotels in the area. Coffee is available on each floor between 6-10. Wish it were available all day. Coffee was excellent.

Liked: The staff was great! The hotel decor and complementary additions were awesome! We had no issues catching lyft and uber rides to and from the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious. We dinned in and ordered room service. The hotel was able to hold our bags our last day in town to allow for us to attend a local church before catching our flight. We look forward to visiting other locations in the Hotel Zaza chain!
Disliked: Even though we enjoyed the room, the description and pictures when booking were very vague through both booking.com and the Hotel Zaza website.

Liked: We stay there often because it is located near Houston's great museums. We have always enjoyed our stays because the rooms are comfortable (especially the beds) and it is quiet. The food is good, too.
Disliked: The dinner menu has shrunk and there are fewer options.
