Liked: Nothing much.
Disliked: Bad value for money. This hotel should be a 3 stars max with bad service. Rooms are old, air conditioning noise too loud, beds not comfortable, shower water is weak, amenities outdated & missing basics.Horrible experience like never before, rudest working staff & unexperienced. I asked for basic requests during my stay and receptionist were not attentive.I am a regular on booking, I have to say this hotel is not good. Not managed well at any level.And adding sorrow to pain, spending NYE at this hotel’s NYE party bash at their ballroom was the worst event ever and we were insulted by the manager of the party after asking for a chair to sit, so he asked for an amount of $450 to give us a chair and walked away as I was talking!! What an amateur rude sickening act, this person represents failure in customer service.Definitely felt unwelcome at this property, felt uncomfortable, bad value for money.

Holiday at Zaza.

Liked: Fantastic, friendly service from every person on staff. Complimentary fruit plate our first evening. Excellent restaurant with huge breakfast omelets. It was a joy to stay here. Could walk across the street to the art museum.
Disliked: Valet parking was $59 per day, which felt a bit high. Free in and out, though, and quick retrieval.
