Liked: The front door clerk
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning did not work. The hotel did not respond to three separate requests to address the issue. The staff did not know how to help. A number of staff members had trouble understanding english, let alone speaking english.

Wonderful hotel! We would stay...

Liked: The staff was fabulous! We had a little problem because there was a lot of noise outside of our room (in the street) and they moved us right away and bought us breakfast. They were wonderful.
Disliked: To be honest I didn't really like the theme of the first room we were in. I get the idea but I think it was a little cheap feeling. It was a wilderness room.

Liked: Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Used the house car a lot to get around. Enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks for ACL guests.
Disliked: Valet is high but seems to be in line with other hotels in the area.
