Good hotel for a quick...

Liked: Nice location, gym and breakfast / pool area are fab! Rooms were nice too. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room service options were terrible. Need to have drinking water taps on every floor so guests can fill up water.

Very quiet and clean hotel....

Liked: The location was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and other entities in downtown Austin. The hotel was VERY clean and my room (1101) was very quiet and comfortable. Room service did a good job of refreshing the room each day. Breakfast was average. Slightly on the high end, $7 for cup of coffee (free refills and cup to go if wanted). Overall very nice and staff was very friendly and respectful.
Disliked: Only disappointment was each day I ordered a side order of toast and each day got one slice for $3 and if order came with toast it was one slice cut in half.

Liked: The front door clerk
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning did not work. The hotel did not respond to three separate requests to address the issue. The staff did not know how to help. A number of staff members had trouble understanding english, let alone speaking english.
