Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: This is the second time we have stayed, a year later. We mentioned the problems shown below last year and they are all still here.- rooms are way to hot, air con didn’t even turn on. Had to sleep with windows open all night and you get noise from neighbouring buildings- pillows very uncomfortable and soft- the shower will also all of a sudden go hot. This happened last year , dangerous!!- toilet is so loud flushing, you can really hear it, not only yours but rooms on both sides, in the middle of the night.- we asked to change the room from two single beds , to a double bed if possible. The receptionist was nice , but said it’s impossible as the hotel was fully booked. It’s 4 floors, we were there for two days and didn’t see any other guests. I get the feeling they maybe just weren’t that bothered in helping. I may be wrong , but felt strange.

Disliked: WiFi didn't work properly: the connection was low. Underground parking quite narrow.

Liked: Spacious bedroom & bathroom. Availability of underground car park. The location was ideal for the city centre (20 mins walk) & (30 mins) to football stadium. Both easier to access with tram 1 minute from hotel.
Disliked: Reception and dining room dated, although reception staff were excellent.

Visit to Zgz in Pilares

Liked: Perfect location.Super nice staff.Spacious room and very comfortable beds and pillows.Locker included.
Disliked: Although they have parking spots, in high season or special dates it may happen that there are no available places. So it is a bit uncomfortable to park safely in a public underground parking nearby. Anyway as soon as there was an available spot, the staff did let me know and I parked my car under the hotel.At least the bathtub might need a renovation. The rest of the room and toilet are all okay.
