Liked: The staff was the best thing about this place
Disliked: I couldn’t shower in my room because the shower sprayed all over the bathroom. The TV didn’t work at first but the front desk lady came and fixed it.

Exceptional

Liked: This is my third time here and I always love everything! Torrin our bartender was amazing! Hope he is around for a long time and can share all of his wonderful ideas for the Bar! We will be back again and again every time we are in Houston!
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: It’s dirty room has a bad smell couldn’t eat anything in the room cause of smell.

Stayed for 3 days...

Liked: Room was nice and expected for the price. For example, no fancy writing pad/pen/desk combo but it had what we needed. And when we needed a fan, the front desk let us borrow theirs for as long as we liked.Also, very cute decor.
Disliked: Most tv channels didn't work but they did send someone to work on it the next day and he tried a few different things to see if it would work. When he figured out when it was the wiring to the room (no ones fault) they offered to move us if we wanted to.

Disliked: The bed, the amenities, and the uninformed desk staff.

Liked: Close to MD Anderson Medical Center and they provide complimentary Uber service.
Disliked: Furniture is a bit used, but not bad.

Liked: Location was exactly what we wanted.
Disliked: Our thermostat was broken. Houston is hot, and we couldn’t turn the temp down past 73. They wouldn’t trade rooms, so it was hot and stuffy the 4 days we stayed there. The rooms are not stocked well. The room had one shower towel. It was a two queen bedroom. We ran out of the half roll of TP that was there. There is no shelf in the shower to put soap on.
