Weird hotel experience.

Liked: Did provide shelter and safety from the elements and predators.
Disliked: Staff were not very friendly. Said they were in the middle of a shift change and did not even acknowledge us until we asked if they could help us. No bedside lights so had to find the bed in the dark. Hot and cold in the shower were opposite of color labels. No toilet paper holder. Could have used a floor towel or mat or extra towel for floor after shower. The metal cages were a decent substitute for closets but reminded us of a prison cell. Very drab decor. With a little effort, this place could be decent but seemed like no effort was expended on making it a good experience.

Liked: My sons love the breakfast, Soda machines and nit alot of walking to the rooms.
Disliked: Rates were higher and no toilet paper in restroom. I don't like the extra door in the room.

Liked: T was great! The young African American girl who checked us in was nice and polite.
Disliked: The older Hispanic lady at the front was rude and did not acknowledge me while I was waiting because she was on the phone. A simple, eye contact and "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. The water in the RR sink smelled like sulfur. All of the vents had dust and were dirty and appeared to have water damage, which made me concerned about mold. The TV remote was very dirty. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The blankets are paper thin.
