Nice atmospheric hotel with garden

Liked: The hotel is on a good spot, near the train station and the old town. You can enjoy the breakfast in the garden, which is very nice. The hotel has also a friendly atmosphere. Helpfull staff. We had a balcony at he back, viewing the garden. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The room was a bit small and a bit outdated. You could hear the elevator. Also the renovations were quite noisy. The curtan was a bit too small.

Liked: my parking space was reserved with my name on it; lovely garden to sit in for breakfast; close to all amenities; staff went out of their way to help; room and the whole hotel was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: nothing not to like

Disliked: we had the smallest room we ever experienced in our travelling lives (214) but asked for a move on day 3 and were facilitated very graciously.

Disliked: The Hotel was really,really bad. The beds were like a brick the bathroom and the bedding was grey. We want our money back. This Hotel is more like a hostel. Trying to come out the front door of the building. We nearly got run over be a oncoming tram. We had to book into a different hotel. And paid again. We have asked for our money back from booking.com. Who have not responded. Dont use booking.com either… still waiting for a refund
