It was okay, looked lovely...

Liked: It was clean and polite staff
Disliked: Cold swimming pool, asked for new towels and extra pillows but didn’t have any also body washing near enough empty

Love it but there need...

Liked: I loved my stay at this hotel; the room was great, and the facilities were clean and peaceful. However, they really need to improve their customer service.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the service at this hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were not welcoming and were quite aggressive in their communication. I felt dismissed On My Arrival By 2 Men At The Reception That Work There Very Bad NOT WELCOME It Really Upset Me. I Told Them About The Bad Customer Service They Got Upset Aggressive Mad At Me Again There was no apology or attempt to make things right. This left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.They didn’t Even Show Me To My Room Or Help Me With My Bags. I hope management will take these issues seriously and work on improving their customer service
