I will be back.

Liked: Very clean , quiet ,staff was great also the maids and most of all the jetted jacuzzi.
Disliked: I didn’t like there was non smoking rooms. Didn’t have an elevator , wasn’t really wheelchair or handicap accessible

Our stay was very short...

Liked: The rooms were somewhat modernized. Staff was friendly. It’s located close to the Americana if we had time to go it would have been the place to go. The rain shower was nice.
Disliked: Towels were probably past their usage limit. Shower heads needed a good deep clean from limescale. There’s no door lock other than the one that works with the key. Didn’t feel as safe because of this.

Liked: The staff was great. One young lady in particular that was working the evening shift on Monday 2/19 was absolutely phenomenal! Great attitude , very friendly, professional, and courteous.
