Liked: Staff was great, room not bad. We were there when fires were happening. I’m sure if there were no fires it would have been more enjoyable.

Disliked: My family was evacuating from the Eaton Fires. The hotel had no power, so we had to go elsewhere. The receptionist said they would cancel and refund our money. To date, we haven't received the refund. We called and were told they couldn't help. To call back. Now they are saying it is Booking.com's responsibility. Getting the run around. Very frustrating.
