Great Customer Service

Liked: The staff, especially in the front desk and restaurant, were exceptional. When we return to London in a few months, we will definitely stay at the Hotel Xenia!

What we expect from this...

Liked: The hotel staff generally could not have been more helpful - my husband was in London to undergo major surgery and we had every assistance, cheerfully given, at every point of our stay. We have used the Autograph group hotels before and they have always been outstanding.
Disliked: Very small bathroom, dictated by the shape of the room but nonetheless minute!

Warm and luxurious stay for...

Liked: We were welcomed warmly at check in, and got upgraded to Executive. The room was modern and clean, with a coffee machine and a large TV. Amazing shower and very central. On the pricy side (there are cheaper options within a 10 minite walk), but good for a special occasion.
Disliked: Nothing!

The team at Hotel Xenia...

Liked: The staff made the experience memorable. It was our anniversary and they were so kind and made us feel very special. Our room was made up with balloons and petals and we got sent up dessert to wish us a happy anniversary .
