Liked: Nice stay, staff excellent, clean, supper comfortable bed!
Disliked: Cost of breakfast; we didn’t partake.

No sleep at all and...

Liked: The location was perfect for the reason I visited, the room was clean with all the correct facilities.
Disliked: I didn’t sleep at all, sounded like there was a generator or something under my room that was going all night long. I explained this when I checked out and the receptionist basically said “oh well” I asked if there was anything she could do and she said no and walked away, not great when I plan to come again in February.

Staying at Xanadu from 2015...

Liked: The hotel is in a very convenient location, at a walking distance from Ealing Broadway station. There are many options around to eat. The rooms are of good size for London standards. The ground floor has been recently maintained. The guest floors need maintenance (painting, change the carpets in the rooms, more comfortable pillows). The staff is as always amazing. Special thanks to Katia at the reception, Justin at the breakfast and Marianna from housekeeping.
Disliked: Rooms need freshning up and more comfortable pillows, the current ones are too soft and too low.
