Good place!

Liked: Location was central, close to the tube. Rooms were clean and staff was courteous
Disliked: I stayed at the hotel twice, both times got the same room but the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. No one fixed it even after letting them know multiple times.

Liked: Good location, not far from the main station, easy to get the city center. And very safe neighborhood!Attentive service, the heating in the room was turned on before check in which made it cozy like coming home.Breakfast was very rich.
Disliked: Some stains on sheets and curtains.

Good location but not 4star...

Liked: Excellent location from Station and shops/restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection including Gluten free cereal sachets and all staff we interacted with were very nice.
Disliked: Requested a quiet room however the room was on the main road side over a bus stop and bin lorry collection point... very noisy with traffic, sirens, and general street noise. The reception area and our room had Peeling wallpaper, and the room carpet was stained ... not what you expect for 4 star definitely 3max. Breakfast room also looked like it was under some form of 'refurbishment'.

Good vale for money, clean...

Liked: Well located a short walk from public transport links and overlooking a nice green area. Modern and nicely furnished with good sized rooms
Disliked: Would be great to make the curtains fully ‘black out’ as quite bright from outside street lights at night

Liked: The location, so close to restaurants of all descriptions & shops but not next to them don’t was quiet.
Disliked: Nothing!
