Liked: Clean, quality hotel, setup and staff did not allow formal and business functions overpower the hotel so all got fair use of facilities
Disliked: We were on foot and it was right on the edge of Toronto, if exploring Toronto on foot I’d suggest booking more central so easier access, please note this was my lack of research not the hotels fault, hotel was awesome

Not a 5 start hotel

Liked: Nice location specially if you are going for concerts
Disliked: Not like a 5 start hotel at all. Poorly training staff, below average room and no hot tub which I believe is a must at a decent hotel nowadays.
