Liked: Great swimming pool, they were so welcoming to the four kids - they gifted them little monkey plushes and the kids were thrilled. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: This is not really the fault of the hotel, but a guest in the room beside us brought their dog to the hotel. They left the dog unattended in the morning and the dog started barking and did not stop for two hours. It woke my family up and became a huge source of annoyance. The poor dog was clearly distressed. Very unpleasant.
