Liked: Location is right in the hub of the valley. Beautiful views of the city from the rooftop. Pool is delightful. Rooms are sizeable. You get robes and slippers! Always a winner in my books

Liked: Amazing stuff! My cousin and I felt so special with all for the night with the manager spoiling us! We are forever grateful for everything youse done for our overnight stay.

Liked: Tapas bar & pool area was excellent Reception staff were welcoming
Disliked: We were staying 2 nights. On return to our room on Saturday afternoon around 3:00pm, we realised our room had not been cleaned. A few minutes later, the Cleaners arrived at our door but we had just undressed - my sister asked them to return in 30 minutes. They didn't return within that timeframe so I went downstairs to Reception asking them to have somebody come to our room to change towels, add some more coffee pods, etc At 3:40pm I called reception to see if they could either have somebody come to our room immediately OR would they like to move us to another room? We had been out all morning / lunch by the pool and a swim - I understand that a hotel has many incoming guests but I had to ask 3 times so that we could have our room cleaned so that we could then rest before going out to a special dinner that evening.

Would definitely book again

Disliked: Just how tiny the rooms was and I booked for 3 adults but 2 beds

Very good

Liked: Staff were lovely. Facilities were ok but for the huge price I think a microwave in the room would have helped. Location was excellent for what we wanted (proximity to Fortitude Valley Music Hall) but the price seemed very high for comparable CBD motels I’ve stayed in in cities all over the place.
