A small exclusive hotel with personal flair. It consists of two buildings Altstadthotel and the Residenz located opposite each other in a quiet side street of the city's pedestrian area. It is just a few minutes' walk to Mirabell Palace and Mozart's Residence. You can leave your car in the garage as all of the city's sights are within walking distance. For example the cathedral or the fortress Mozart's birthplace and the new Congress Hall. The hotel's team at the reception are happy to assist you in booking concert or theater tickets. Excellent stay in a convenient...

Liked: Excellent location, and convenient to all tourist attractions. The Spa in the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable to return to after a day of sightseeing.Staff are very welcoming and pleasant, shoutout to Andreas on the front desk. Spacious, comfortable rooms and hotel was very quiet.
Disliked: Only negative was the lack of English TV channels in room. Hundreds of channels but only English channel was BBC news, which is very repetitive. Not a major issue as not in the room a lot.

Superb

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The sauna, steam bath and pool were well maintained. The breakfast was great. Overall a very pleasant stay and good value.
Disliked: The beds were quite hard

Great value hotel for a...

Liked: Great location. Clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything I needed for a short stay in Salzburg. I'd stay here again - great value.
Disliked: The rooms are probably due for a bit of a renovation but not really an issue as they are kept very clean.

Liked: location was good, very close to the city center. it was in a quieter part of the neighborhood, so it was nice.
Disliked: only thing was noisy drunk people downstairs the hotel could be heard even with the windows closed

A fabulous hotel in a...

Liked: A wonderful hotel with a warm welcome. We loved the view from our room overlooking the mausoleum. The breakfasts were fantastic with a good selection and a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful and helped us with transport and advice on Salzsburgs sights. The hotel is central and only a 5 minutes walk to the Aldstadt. The spa area was lovely and clean and very relaxing. Would stay here again. Highly recommend
