Great hotel in the middle...

Liked: Beautiful rooms. Like that you are dog-friendly. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: It was the Thanksgiving weekend. It would have been nice to have a barista service on Thanksgiving Day since so many restaurants were closed or weren't open until evening.

Very nice, asst manager and...

Liked: Nice facility.
Disliked: Clean and comfortable. Generally nice help. One particular desk receptionist a bit rude and short line she was going us a favor by helping us. She was also short in our discussions. Several other members of our family had the same experience. The other bubbly, smiling front desk receptionist was very nice.
