Amazing stay in a perfect...

Liked: The hotel was overall great. I had a bathtub! Which is rare nowadays. Very clean. Staff really nice. However, the bed and pillow was very comfortable (at least for me, but that's quite personal). The location couldn't be better! Definitely staying back when I return to Santiago in the future.
Disliked: The only thing I'd mention would be the heating system, quite noisy. So preferred to use an extra blanket that, luckily, I could get from the wardrobe than turning it on if it was a bit cold.
