A modest hotel for great...
Liked: Friendly staff, great location and good continental breakfast
Disliked: The shower is a little small so water got out easily, but this wasn’t a big deal at all

I would recommend this hotel.
Liked: The room and bathroom is clean.
Disliked: The window opens wide enough for anyone from the next room to climb into the room if need be. The elevator is slow. But it’s ok. Cleanliness and good staff is more important.

Would recommend the hotel due...
Liked: The hotel was in a great location in Santiago.It was close to all amenities.The staff were friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast should have been included when I booked the accommodation.

Windsor hotel
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helped with all my requests, even the difficult ones. Also, the location was great—about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and there were restaurants just 5 minutes away on foot. The place was also clean.
