Good
Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: We never eat a large breakfast so opted for the 'Express Breakfast.'We were asked to sit in another part of the room and were served - good orange juice and coffee but the croissants were stale and inedible. We felt we were being treated as though we were inferior as we had not paid the full price for the buffet we did not want. Also it seemed very mean to only supply two coffee pods - one per person- per day free. It made us feel as if we were a cash commodity rather than a hotel guest, particularly if we had to pay for extra water to put into the coffee machine. Surely a false economy as we could have used tap water which would be damaging for the machine

An unassuming hotel, lot more...
Liked: Breakfast exceptional. Really impressed with the vast array of traditional French foodsStaff member at breakfast seemed incredibly invested in providing exceptional service/availability of buffet items, an asset to the establishment.Friendly welcome from reception staff.Location perfect.
Disliked: Lose the red carpet in the bedrooms, made the room feel dated.Bed was too firm.Shower not great.

Nice hotel and good location...
Liked: Room was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed. Breakfast was very good. Location was good for getting into the lovely centre of Dijon, just a 10 minute walk.
Disliked: The hotel is situated on a roundabout but when we arrived it was very very busy with traffic entering and exiting the roundabout from a number of directions.. This created a problem to get into the hotel car park as we had to block impatient car drivers whilst trying to turn into the car park. There is free public parking at the front but it was full.
