Excellent Hotel in a nice...

Liked: Everything about this hotel is amazing. The reception is always welcoming, the room has a decent size. The location was wow, the pickup point for Auschwitch-Birkenau tour is just across the hotel. Main Square, wawel castle, main train station are nearby. A lot of cafe nearby.

Excellent stay

Liked: The staff was great and helpful during my stay and before my arrival via the messaging service .The room I booked was a double room with a small balcony overlooking the cathedral's spire. The room was a bit small but had everything you needed - a mini bar, a large wardrobe with hangers and shelves, an excellent shower and toilet. There was also a dresser and 2 chairs and a large mirror. It was definitely a great value and very comfortable. The location was wow - in the seam between the Old City and the Jewish Quarter and there was a tram stop downstairs for those who wanted to. Thank you to the dear staff!

Overpriced compared to other accommodations...

Liked: Excellent location! Walking distance from the city center and a train station. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Super small room, with a tiny shower cabin. Definitely way overpriced!
