No charging stations, but very...

Liked: The room was fine, but it was hugely overshadowed by the negative aspects of my stay.
Disliked: Editing this review: so, there are no electric car charging stations, despite the fact that booking.com clearly show charging stations. This was a kind of disastrous discovery for us, and the front staff didn't seem to get that this is a different level of issue than "whoops, the treadmill is out of order." However, I got a very long call from the very kind general manager who took responsibility for the issue and ended up changing our experience at the hotel entirely. We now plan to give the hotel another shot next time we go to Philly, because--aside from the charging issue--it was a lovely spot, and I trust that we'll have a more positive experience next time.

Disliked: The staff was rude and had an attitude. Beds and pillows uncomfortable.

Liked: Modern, clean, new, properly with spacious and bright rooms. I like the lobby set up, lively bar. Food is better than the average hotel. Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: No microwave even at lobby, a little overpriced
