Disliked: My only complaint is that wasn't open the heat and was cold especially with the covered provided because am tall and was not the ideal!😆

Good base camp to enjoy...

Liked: Location in quaint town just outside Bolzano. Staff super friendly, great breakfast buffet, great room keeping.
Disliked: Be aware there's no AC in the rooms, but staff will help with ventilator if needed. There is no little fridge or kettle in the room, but again - you come to Bolzano to be outdoors not in the room.

Liked: Our room with balcony was fine, it was spacious and comfortable. It was comfortable and the heating worked great!
Disliked: I suggest to switch from single mattresses in the double bed to the double mattress in the double bed and provide double bed blankets and not the single one.Also check the bugs before making the room available to guests.

Liked: The breakfast was plenty. There's a big parking lot. The view from the balcony was awesome!
Disliked: The walls to the neighboring rooms were so thin. We could here the people next to us talk, go to the bathroom, and heard their phones vibrate.
