Poorly serviced Design Hotel

Liked: Nicely decorated Design hotel, with a view on a garden.
Disliked: I am not used to sleep on a noisy street with poor isolation windows. I booked on the web site a room on a garden view but apparently not available or not guaranteed.No WiFi service in my room.Poor service from the receptions in the evenings.Poor or old mattress on the bed.The Hotel closes its reception and bar common spaces at 10:30pm.

Perfect stay

Liked: The design of the hotel and the rooms is fabulous. Lots of wood making it very cozy. I just loved it!
Disliked: Nothing

Cozy and comfortable

Liked: I stayed hear for three nights for a work trip. I found it cozy and comfortable, and loved the big window onto the garden. It was much nicer than staying in a soulless corporate hotel.
Disliked: There is no coffee or tea making equipment in the room. I like to have a cup of coffee in bed before facing the world, so this was not ideal.

Great mini trip to Hamburg

Liked: Very clean and nicely decorated entry with books and a sitting area.
Disliked: Room was quite small for 2 travelers and suitcases, though very nice otherwise.

Superb

Liked: We got an upgrade to a nicer room, the reception staff were very friendly, the room itself was stylish clean and practical, we had a great time in Hamburg!
