Excellent and would stay again...
Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and the choice of food and drink are excellent, thank you. Rooms lovely and very comfortable.
Disliked: The tables were packed closely together and sometime there was nowhere to sit between 8:45 and 9:15 - if there is no extra space for tables, perhaps consider allocating time slots so the breakfast can be staggered and all guests not arrive at once.

Nice hotel in the centre...
Liked: The location is perfect. There is a very good restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: This is an old hotel with visible wear and tears but still acceptable - the dimmed lighting helps :)

Comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel in...
Liked: Comfortable, reasonably priced hotel, within 5 minutes walk of the main Old Town square. We walked there from the station, around 20 minutes, and were able to explore the Old Town, Wawel Hill and Kazimiertz district easily on foot, using the hotel as a base. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet and good, but an added bonus was that the same space served as a restaurant where the evening meals, comprising traditional Polish food, were very good indeed. There were also good cafes and eating places nearby, including at least three Michelin-starred restaurants, one of which we tried ( it was superb !).
Disliked: No criticisms. The hotel was just what we wanted, and we will happily stay there again if we re-visit Krakow.
