Great, clean little gem with...

Liked: Had a pleasant greeting when we arrived. Was checked in promptly. The room had everything we required, desk, wardrobe, fridge, shower gel and towels. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. The guys on the desk were happy to help organise any trips for us. Breakfast was as expected for a continental style and was a self serve buffet. Location was excellent close to the main shopping street and square. We ate in the onsite restaurant which was good value and great service and they specialise in duck dishes. I would definitely stop here again as thought it was great value for what we paid.

Liked: On the upside the location was fantastic, the hotel was clean, staff were friendly. On the downside there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the hotel room, there were no English-speaking channels on the TV when I brought it to the attention of hotel staff they said they would fix it but never did so we spent five days with no English speaking channels on the TV, and the breakfasts were very unsatisfactory ie eggs and hot dog! which ran out quickly and we're not replenished as quickly. All there was after that was cold meats cheeses and two types of cereal ( Muesli and cornflakes). All that being said, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and krakow as a whole.
