Liked: I liked that we were able to leave our bags when we arrived too early to check in. The location Is great. Very friendly and very clean.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the windows were locked and there was no possibility to open the window even a little bit.

Convenient, quiet, courteous and helpful...

Liked: Very charming and courteous staff on reception and bar. Very helpful with queries ahead of my stay. Nice room. Quiet area, faces old town walls park (very green and pleasant) and very central for walking to castle, river, old town, jewish quarter
Disliked: Rather tatty, thin old towels in bathroom and nowhere to hang them on a rail to dry out. Try as we might to close the door, the shower leaks onto the floor under the door, leaving a pool to mop up

Beautiful hotel in a quiet...

Liked: Spotless rooms and super friendly staff. Location is just down from the Castle facing onto a park.
Disliked: Smart TVs so we could stream English channels. Only so much of BBC world news a person can take.
