Poor

Liked: Location was amazing, just a walk across the road from the ferry and super close to parliament. A stone throw away from everything and conveniently next to subway and maccas. Room was good for price, I thought we had booked the dorms but was happily surprised with the room we had especially after the issues getting in.
Disliked: Couldn't get into our room for 2 hours, checked in at 11pm (got into our room at 1am) we were taken to an alternative that was "not their best room" it looked like a prison, we waited to be transferred to another accom but unfortunately there was none. Appreciated the staff trying to fix the situation, and the day manager coming in early to assist and getting our room sorted. Was not ideal after a long trip.

Disliked: The cleaning staff were very loud in the morning and wanted to enter our room before the check out time.

Liked: Ideal location between Central Railway Station and Bluebridge Ferry to the Sth Island. Just a few minutes easy walk.Clean and comfortable room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Our luggage was stored for free in lockers so we could go look around Wellington for the day.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about at all.
