Liked: Top location,, very friendly and pro active cook during breakfast.
Disliked: Very bad communication uppon arrival, poor, noisy and very cheap looking rooms

Liked: Staff is really friendly, room had everything we need for a quick one night stay. Hotel is conveniently located and close to the Christmas market and city center. Breakfast was also good and better than expected
Disliked: Hotel is not very stroller friendly.

Liked: Enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Nice warm temperature. Breakfast was good, enough choice. Very friendly staff in the restaurant, reception and the pool. Very good Auping beds.Definitely a nice option to Thermatel.

Liked: The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety and was well worth the price. The staff was very welcoming and informative. The room was clean, its interior was simple and tasteful. The restaurant, bar and the lobby spaces of the hotel had a cozy atmosphere.
Disliked: The information card in the room indicated that we had to state our preference for cleaning on the doorknob ("clean please" vs "do not disturb") before 1 PM, when the cleaning service would be starting. We planned to do this when we would go out. However, the cleaner entered our room already at 9:50 AM while we were still in bed. That was not a pleasant experience.
