Dirty and noisy

Liked: Location near the city center
Disliked: The cups for coffee/tea had coffee marks so I thought maybe they were stained but when I went to wash them they got removed immediately. So they were not washed at all! Also the toilet was not cleaned at all.. still poop marks from previous guests.During the night you could hear all guests walking in and out of their rooms (and I am not a light sleeper)Ventilation very loud. It did get switched off after I called the reception around 21h15 but got enabled again before breakfast time and while staying in the room it is not possible to relax because of it.

Very good, will stay here...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate and kept well stocked. The staff are wonderful and the swimming pool fantastic!
Disliked: Fresh fruit salad at breakfast instead of tinned and the coffee was not great.

Christmas Market

Liked: Excellent location! Very competent Staff !
Disliked: Room very noisy! You could here everything from the lift to your nextdoor neighbours! Economy Room Booked! Breakfast absolute chaos! Due no doubt to Christmas Market! Beds not very comfortable
