Liked: Anytime I come through Warsaw, I always stay at Hotel Wald. Sometimes for 1 or 3 nights. I have never had a negative encounter with the staff, room, or the food. Easy to request a ride from Bolt or Uber, and their are buses nearby.

Liked: I work as receptionist in my hometown, so it’s interesting to pay attention to the details. So, me and my friends stayed for 1 night. The biggest advantage was that they let us extend the check-out time, because 10:00 is obviously too early! Me and my friends are very grateful for it, so sending you a very special THANK YOU for this! Because of this the grade of this review is higher automatically ( ◠‿◠ )Second, since we had a concert in the evening but had to check-out, we asked to keep our luggage in the storage room, gladly we were able to do it, so that was VERY helpful. Thank you! Third, the breakfast was AMAZING! In my opinion it was like a royal breakfast! I must be honest, from all the hotels that I’ve been to in my life, here was the best one — with a big variety for sure. The room was nicely prepared, everything clean and of course the receptionist (when we checked-in) was very kind! A little too far from the center but I could say that it’s a great hotel for not only one night but also for a longer stay!:)
Disliked: It wasn’t a problem but I think it would be better if there was a curtain in the shower tub. Walls I would say are maybe kinda thin because someone was speaking in the next room, so the two of us couldn’t fall asleep until the neighbors stopped talking. I guess depends whether you are a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper! Last one, the other receptionist (on the check-out day) was dissatisfied with us using the storage room and shared toilet after our check-out, he said it’s “not right”, even though I asked in advance and upon arrival whether we can use them after our check-out because of the concert and late bus in the evening… So when leaving this situation made us feel worried and sad.

Liked: Great location and super easy to check in. Very friendly personnel and great location, not too far from city center and other locations. Room was great.

Liked: Staff were amazing, loved attention they were giving to me.. Room was so comfortable and quiet, loved nature and really pleasant atmosphere.
Disliked: The breakfast was so delicious but not various, almost same food for every single day

Disliked: Far from everything and some rude staff.

Would recommend

Liked: The room was perfect for a solo traveller. The hotel was across the street from a bus stop and it was easy to get to the city centre. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was a nice bonus which included many varieties.
Disliked: The toilet seat was a bit wonky but otherwise I have zero complaints.
