We did not receive breakfast,...

Disliked: When we arrived at the facility, we changed the reservation in the facility itself by paying for breakfast, which we did not receive in the end, but we paid for it during our stay. We were not refunded the money for breakfast, and we would not even be able to eat it on New Year's because the restaurant was closed, which was not advertised anywhere, but when you get to the restaurant you can see that it is not working. Advertised on Booking.com does not match the service we paid for in the facility, and we did not receive it.
