Liked: The proximity to the city centre.
Disliked: The staff who attended us was rude. She asked us inappropriate questions like “are you married?” Which is none of anyone’s business. Also, she refuses to give us the AC remote citing “this is how things work here”. Spare the lecture and understand customers come first. This hotel has already very bad reviews online and it doesn’t come as a surprise that cheap equals no class. The hotel is dirty too. Attached photos for reference. The sheets, the curtains, the doors, the walls - looks like a place which probably is a place for one night stands and hence the inappropriate questions asked by the receptionist. The bathroom doesn’t have a lock, no place to dump used tissues. Unhygienic to the core. Avoid at all costs! Even if you get free stay.

Nice and clean with great...

Liked: Room was clean and neatly arranged.Great and very helpful frontdesk personel.Although there were small details that could be improved.
Disliked: Small details like used up towels or damaged curtains. Other than that it was great.Also maybe part of the check-in paperwork could be automated?

Worth coming back to stay...

Liked: Very big and cosy. It is very good for family of five - seven. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and alot of varieties to choose. Worth staying there. Location is good and to the train station is about 15 mins and to the rental cars is about 10 mins walk.
Disliked: The toilet flushing is super loud.

Coming from Barcelona and Italy,I...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good and hotel close to public transport pick up point. No other hotel in Swiss,Italy and Spain offered us washroom slippers but this one had😃
Disliked: There isn’t anything I dislike about it,

Liked: The hotel was great, staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Would recommend it absolutely! ❤️

Recommend

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. There was mini vanity which was very useful. There’s a Tv with kettle and fridge and it’s good to stay here for short term. They also have huge spacious cabinets with space to unpack everything which was nice.
Disliked: The area around the property is honestly more suited to individuals travelling by car, because it isn’t very pedestrianised like the center is and the bus also didn’t really stop at times which made travelling to and back a bit long at times.

Good functional place, but location...

Liked: Room was nice, clean and spacious. The only downside was that the property seemed a little isolated. Safe and we travelled at night, but it is a 10 min bus ride to the city centre. Hotel itself was quite decent.
