Disliked: Very old property and spaces , at night you feel that air in rooms is dry & not well soundproof. They didn’t provide water and welcome kit in the room ( we had to ask ). Unfortunately not anymore a 5 star hotel - in 2024 you expect TOP to very thing for a 5 star hotel in center of the city.

Stay only if u want...

Liked: The location thats it.
Disliked: Hotel is not maintained well. I had to change my room. I felt un welcomed. I was charged for water, i was charged for my childs stay although clearly said free for your child on booking. Window doesnt open. Blow dryer not working. Customer service dont pick up.

Disliked: I didn’t liked this hotel bcz of my room had so many problems

Disappointing

Liked: Good location. Handy to everything.
Disliked: Had my laundry for 4 days and then charged me 70 euros for the pleasure. Reception told me different stories on different days as to when my clothes would be returned. Telephone in room was filthy. Definitely not 5 stars. Advertised had English Tv and pay for view-nope.

Convenient location with good underground...

Liked: Location was great. Old school charm. Good value for money. Size of room was fine. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Too hot in the room. No option to cool down the room except to open the window which allowed mosquitoes to come in.
