Liked: The reception, the luxurious room (an incredible bargain), the fact that the previous night's guest had broken the bidet and were we OK with that (we were, didn't want a lesser room) and we were given breakfast on the house.

Disliked: Very old and not well kept at all. I understand the charm of antiquity but that can be achieved while maintaining the facilities. Everything in this hotel is really old and worn down completely. The pictures of the hotel are also pretty misleading in my opinion I don’t think the hotel is what it looks like in these pictures. Check out is also really early at 10am which is crazy we requested a slightly later check out at 11 and were told that there is a fee for this. I understand if it was peak season but there was almost no one in the hotel. The rooms also don’t have kettles or anything to make a tea or a coffee with which to Me was strange

worst experience with booking and...

Disliked: Booking.com are fraudulently advertising 5 star hotels and not checking their credentials nor the independent association that checks. This hotel is more like 2/3 stars, no restuarant, no bar, no staff, it is decrpid and the photos are 20 years old - when I complained the manager threatened me not to write a bad review. Booking did nothing about my complaint except offered 200e when I was out of pocket nearly 900e both of them are fraudulent - the hotel has 6 more hotels in the gourp I expect them to follow the same agenda, booking is still at it - be very very wary
