Great stay
Liked: Great breakfast with lots of choices. The dining room is beautifully decorated in vintage style. Very friendly helpful staff. The hotel let me check in early when I arrived from the airport which was a great bonus!

Liked: Great location and nice hotel…even the breakfast was good and hotel breakfasts in Italy are usually pretty bad. Alberto at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: A cocktail hour or aperitivo would have been great but they only had breakfast.

Good if you enjoy listening...
Liked: The vintage decor was quite cool, and the young man on reception was very friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t love the fact that you can hear absolutely everything that occurs in the neighboring room, for us that was loud s*x at 4am every detail of which we could hear as though they were in the room with us. Additionally we found the next morning we checked out that we did not actually need our key card to open the door, it just opens anyway when you try the door handle. The aircon didn’t work, but luckily, we didn’t super need it as it’s November but for us, used to much colder climates it felt hot at night. And finally, despite posters in the hotel, in elevator etc, explicitly saying the words “vegan” with the vegan logo and other logos like lactose free and vegetarian, we found at the €15 per person breakfast that the only vegan option was, a mug of soy milk. I wish I was joking. When I asked what vegan options there were, convinced that given the posters there would perhaps be a secret menu, I was shown by staff who seemed confused that I hadn’t figured this out myself that there WAS a vegan option; soy milk! And that was only after I pointed out that gluten free and vegan actually aren’t the same thing having had the gluten free prepackaged pastries pointed out to me. When I explained that a mug of milk wasn’t breakfast they attempted to convince me that an unlabeled cake was actually vegan but couldn’t produce allergens, which given that it took several minutes to ‘realize’ that the cake was vegan, I wasn’t inclined to believe was actually vegan. So, after the member of staff demonstrated to me how to pour soy milk into a mug assuming I was too stupid to realize that I could in fact have a lovely vegan breakfast of a mug of soy milk if only I understood the concept of pouring liquid into a cup, I said we were leaving without breakfast. Then a man I assume was a manager got involved to let me know that this isn’t a vegan hotel, which was very evident, but that there were vegan options provided which is all the had promised.

Great hotel for Milan
Liked: This is the second time i visit the hotel and it is definitely my favorite in Milano. Close to the center and everything is around it. The staff are super friendly especially the man in the mornings. The breakfast is better this time. The room is clean. We asked for Toothpaste and they had it so they serve all your requests. I love love this hotel!!
Disliked: Concerning the property everything was perfect. What i didn’t like this time is that my room was very close to the elevator and i kept hearing it going up & down even at night. The parking fee was really expensive
