Liked: The staff at the hotel was very welcoming. It was like stepping back in time to gracious living The decor was quirky and old fashioned but shiny and comfortable.The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety on offer. The blood orange juice exceptional
Disliked: Don't like stepping into a bathtub to shower

Liked: Everything was great. The breakfast, the design. Everything. But the real standout was the staff. They were amazing. Above and beyond helpful, kind and professional. Highly recommended.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, very nice and clean. The reception is attended 24/7 which is very convenient. The location is great, about 15 min walk to Duomo. Public transport is also available. The neighborhood is nice, with lots of shops nearby.Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: The room was a bit small. The walls are a bit thin.

Exceptional

Great place for quiet stay...

Liked: Very nice people at the desk. I know a few for 10-15 years. The hotel has a typical Milanese style that makes me feel in a different atmosphere than usual. The hotel is old and this you may feel by the out dated bathroom for example. The hotel is located in a district surrounded by great restaurants and nice calm streets to walk through. But even the busy and famous city center can be reached by foot in about 20 min.
Disliked: The breakfast is always still building up when I arrive at 07:15. Typically not much warm food. Only some warm eggs and bacon. Mainly lots of cakes, brioche and cookies. One day arriving late at breakfast 08;30, it was so busy that no tables were free.
