Great stay

Liked: Very nice, clean, large room and beautiful bathroom. Excellent location, 10 minutes from Trevi Fountain. Rome is always a great choice.
Disliked: A little cold in the room, for January, the heating didn't seem to work

Liked: The location is superb, few minutes walking from the central station but also walking distance to Vatican City. Room was renovated, very clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful.

Great Location and Clean Rooms

Liked: Location Great Location: The hotel is situated in a convenient area, close to key attractions and easy to access.Friendly Staff: The team was welcoming and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and providing helpful information during my stay.Clean Rooms: The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, which made for a pleasant and hygienic environment.
Disliked: No Water in the Room: It was disappointing not to have complimentary bottled water provided, which is standard in most hotels.Tiny Lift: The elevator is incredibly small, which made it uncomfortable during busy times.Noise Issues: The walls are thin, and you can hear noise from adjacent rooms. Unfortunately, I even heard my neighbor snoring loudly at night, which disrupted my sleep. While this could be an exceptionally loud snorer, better soundproofing would make a big difference.Limited TV Channels: The television only offered channels in Italian, which might be fine for local guests, but having options in other languages would cater to international travelers. No Connected Rooms: I booked two rooms—one for my wife and me and another for my kids—but they were not connected, which was inconvenient for a family stay.
