Disliked: I recently stayed at this property. Worst Hotel I ever stayed at. I book a double room with two double beds, Air conditioningSafety deposit boxHardwood or parquet floorsLinenDeskBlu-ray playerTVRefrigeratorTelephoneIronPay-per-view channelsHeatingFlat-screen TVMinibarDVD playerCD playerCable channelsLaptop safeWardrobe or closetDining tableEntire unit wheelchair accessibleThe first room they gave me did not have a dinning table, Blu-ray player, Minibar, DVD player and CD player.I had requested a quiet room on a high floor with a view. They gave me Room 102, a room on the first floor with a sliver of a window, no view and a terrible mechanical noise that kept me awake all night. At 1:00am I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room, as I could not sleep due to the noise.. After an hour of deliberation with the staff, I was, finely, moved to a room on the 4th floor that had a dinning room table, was quiet and had a view. This was the room they should have given me in the first place. However, there was still no Blu-ray player, Minibar, DVD player and CD player.I do not believe any room in the Hotel have Blu-ray player, Minibar, DVD player and CD player. They also advertise laundry service that they do not have.This is all false advertising!!!!!!!

Lovely and clean. Simple amentities, and the bed was *fabulous*. Will stay again!

Liked: The location was excellent and easy to get in and out of taxis. The room was surprisingly well-appointed. LOVED the Santa Maria waters.
Disliked: One critique: when we put our feet at the end of the bed, the sheets were wet. Not the blanket or bedspread, just the sheets. It was late when we discovered this, so we stripped the bed and dried them with a hairdryer. Quite strange.
