Liked: Some of the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Very busy, noisy and sketchy location, the hygiene (stains on pillows and blankets, sticky TV remote?), definitely not a place for kids (rooms rented at hourly rate, porn on TV), no heating, one member of the staff was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful, and last but not least: The first room I got was impossible to sleep in. There was a weird and loud periodic noise caused by something inside the building (of +/- 57dB - yes, I downloaded an app). Even with earplugs, pillows over my ears, brown/green noise, the sound could still be heard. I've never experienced something like this.I complained at the desk and they told me they couldn't help me out in the most apathetic way I've ever seen. I told them I'd complain to booking.com about this and they told me to "sure, go ahead". So I did. A friendly member of booking's customer service contacted the place and suddenly they did have a different room ready. It was poor with regards to hygiene, but at least the noise was gone.I want emphasize that this was only one member of the staff, the rest of the staff was friendly. Tl;dr: I'm used to crappy places, but this, I wouldn't recommend.

Disliked: The women in the reception was super rude. I asked for help and she didn’t say she don’t understand, I translated with my phone and at the start she didn’t even want to read what I want to say. Then she replied in Spanish and yelled at me when I said “no entiendo”
