Liked: Everything! The location. The helpful and accmmodating staff. The room we had exceeded our expectations, always clean and spacious enough. The breakfast comes with a view! And breakfast is actually a biggg breakfast.
Disliked: There was actually a power outage during our stay but the staff made sure that we are comfortable enough and even offered to let us sleep on the other hotel downstairs.

A hidden gem downtown Florence

Liked: Very nice budget hotel downtown Florence.Excellent location, in the middle of everything, friendy staff and amazing view.The room was comfortable, cosy, a bit cool as the bed was near the window.The breakfast was great for me. This hotel was a great surprise for me, nce decorated, cozy, I liked it a lot.I will come back, for sure!
Disliked: The bathroom is small and the showe pressure not stable.

Exceptional

Amazing location.

Liked: The location was great. Our room had a nice view. Good Breakfast, able to eat on the terrace with amazing view of Cathedral and the city.
Disliked: Location was a little difficult to find. Plus, parking was about 1 km away which was also hard to drive to and find. However, on departure, the parking attendant brought our car to the hotel which was convenient.

Liked: Location, staff were great, cool to see rooftop in the morning.
Disliked: Bed quite uncomfy, reception area a bit tired looking, but fine for price/location
