Disliked: I wouldn't recommend this hotel, the bedding was incredibly uncomfortable. I visit during october, it was kinda cold, but the blanket provided was way too thin.

Liked: Location is great, just in between the beach and the old town. There are many nice restaurants, markets around. Hotel staff were positive and helpful. Renovated room was great. We strongly recommend Hotel Villacarlos!

Liked: The thing that I liked the most was that you can do the check in 24/7 because the front desk is always open. This was crucial in my trip because the plane was at night. I also liked the friendly staff and appreciated that they solved one odubt that I had. That are efficient. Moreover, the bed was comfortable and the room large. I also liked that there were elevators.
Disliked: The sink didn't work properly, the water didn't go down as usual. It can be improved.
