Liked: Good location, not far from centre. There's lift and expensive coffee machine. We could check in 1 hour earlier
Disliked: There's mold growing in the room. Dirty sheets. No proper door or curtain in the shower so water goes everywhere. Workers are very very not friendly. Only one of them was alright.

Disliked: One of the facility or service offered was baggage storage And that is the main reason I booked the hotel. Only to request for baggage storage on checking out, if which I have another reservation with them for 27th to 30th of March. I spoke with their female receptionist at check in about the storage and she said they can do so for me.Only for another staff, a tall elderly man refused my storing my bag during check out.He repeated mentioned that I am from Africa (Nigeria) therefore I can not leave my baggage. This inconvenience and last minute change refusal not only cost me to miss my flight, I had to buy train ticket (€50.90) to go to Rotterdam to keep my bag with a friend as I wasn't given alternative option on where I can store my bag. Also I had to pay for another train back to Brussels for €40 and also book another flight to Rome for €173.18Ryan air the initial flight missed is asking for €130 for me to be able to reuse my ticket for another destination. I will appreciate a form of compensation for this inconvenience and for the misleading information from this hotel. As I speak with you I am still stuck in the airport. And I will be contacting my lawyer once I settle down. I anticipate a positive response from you team. Kind regards

Liked: Not a lot, I was very disappointed
Disliked: The rooms were small and my door lock was temperamental, the safe didn’t work and was placed on a table, so no point using as not secure. The spare pillow cover seemed not to be fresh. Location but not hotels fault. Overpriced breakfast, unwelcoming lobby with no where to have a drink

Disappointing and misleading listing

Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: The towels were dirty. The hairdryer didn't work. The room showed on my reservation wasn't the same size as in actuality. In their listing on Booking they don't state that if you were to pay with a debit card they will want to withhold a 100 euro deposit. I complained on arrival and they just took photocopies of my ID and debit card, which I think is the better policy, especially when they are not transparent on their listing. The staff can be quite rude over the messaging of you are seeking information in advance. The value to me is lower than the price I paid.
