Excellent location and comfortable bed

Liked: Excellent location, decent room but dated furnishings, lovely staff
Disliked: Bedroom furniture old and tired but bed super comfy

Great stay in Madrid

Liked: Great location. Large comfortable room. Free refilled mini bar everyday, with pop, juice, water and beer. There was a pillow menu. Free candy in lobby. Very comfortable beds and good quality linens.
Disliked: The tub wall was high so anyone with more limited physical abilities could have some trouble accessing the shower.

Disliked: Some issues with coffee / tea selection in room which was initially not handled professionally for a 5-star hotel. They corrected their mistake.

Great hotel needs an update

Liked: It’s an amazing location,,, unfortunately with down and needs a renovation But besides that overlooked… a wonderful staff terrific breakfast and nice size rooms most importantly the beds were great
Disliked: The entire and the elevators did not have security
