Excellent location, friendly hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel, large rooms, good clean bathrooms, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, fresh produce and a choice of cooked and cold. All staff are kind and go out of their way to help. Will definitely stay there again.

A cozy, clean hotel with...

Liked: From March 18 to 25, my sister and I stayed at this hotel. It’s a small, cozy place—very clean, with a delicious and filling breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The staff were truly wonderful—always trying their best to help with anything we needed. If something was missing in the room, they immediately brought it, always with a kind apology. Out of the attentive and caring team, we’d especially like to thank Simone at the reception and Nadya, who took care of breakfast. Nadya even remembered how we liked our coffee and when we usually had it.Since we were leaving very early, they arranged a taxi for us and even prepared breakfast boxes to take with us. We’re so grateful for everyone’s patience and their efforts to understand our “English.”Thank you all for your kindness!— Betty and Irina

A lovely base for Rome

Liked: Perhaps I wasn't paying attention but was surprised to find breakfast included. Good start to the stay and open for quite long hours. The location worked really well for me. Close to the "centre" but also very close to the park which I loved. I spent most of my visit walking to the site or using local buses. The room was functional. Very much in line with expectations. The wellness room was a lovely facility after a few days on your feet. It isn't huge but perfect for 1 or 2 people. They do need advance notice to prepare it.The staff were great and welcoming
Disliked: Really struggling to think of something. The lift was particularly slow (but I mainly used the steps) but I think that might be a Rome thing. Noticed slow lifts in other places.

Could be a little gem...

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to the center and in a quiet area. It has a cozy garden. The size of the rooms is fair.
Disliked: This place can be a little gem if managed better. It is not maintained properly and there a lot of things to be replaced. You can in the pictures the status of the bathroom - with a lot of mold and some stains on the toilet lid that cannot be cleaned but create a very unpleasant feeling when you have to use it. The bathtub has some scars. Overall, bathroom needs some proper renovation. We had two issues during our stay and it was not taken care of them - the faucet was leaking (which creates a very annoying sound) and the tank took a lot of time to refill. Once you flush, you had to wait for more than 10min to refill and be able to use it again. We stayed on the ground floor and there isn’t any additional door between the lobby and the rooms. Therefore we could hear all the noise from the lobby. I had to use earplugs to be able to sleep. Breakfast could have been fine if the quality of the products was good. Coffee was not good at all. I ordered a cappuccino the first morning and didn’t even bother to try it again, I couldn’t drink it. I had a rotten boiled egg the last morning. The bread was not fresh and the bakeries were also not good. Apart of that, there was an annoyed lady to serve you which adds up to the overall experience in the hotel. There are no coffee making facilities in the rooms and daily cleaning is also not very good.As a summary, I would try another hotel next time I’m traveling to Rome.
