Liked: Spotlessly clean throughout. Great quiet location central to beach and town. Exceptional staff - on site until 9pm. Excellent value for money with a very nice extensive continental breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike - although no restaurant and bar on site there are literally dozens within a few steps from the hotel.

Liked: We found all the staff exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The bedroom was well appointed providing excellent storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable and the lighting worked well. The bedrooms are a very modern design providing everything a guest may require. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Biarritz. We shall definitely stay again on our next visit.
Disliked: It is not a criticism but a constructive suggestion. Executive bedroom usually provides slippers and bathrobes. Had we known these are not provided we would have travelled with our own. We could not understand why the hotel policy provides two complimentary bottles of water on arrival and no more whether a guest is staying one night or seven nights as we were. These are unimportant issues that did not distract from our stay.

Liked: Woman receptionist extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite small and I felt like a guest who was being given personal attention. Also performed role of concierge with aplomb.

Liked: Very centrally located, this stylish hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was quite small but contained everything required for a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Hotel in a great area so handy for walking around beautiful Biarritz
Disliked: I didn't like that the lady only work till 9 o clock in the evening and than people r left to do what the like I would have like a nite poter to be in the hotel as a sole traveller and a woman I would have felt a lot safer if there was a fire r if other people got mess there would be someone there to handy it

Stylish, central and quiet

Liked: Very stylish hotel in a central but quiet location. The check-in staff was very welcoming and informative. Our room was very small but had everything we needed. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious.
Disliked: The floor in our bedroom was quite disconcerting as it looked dirty. In fact it was the spotted nature of the wooden planks.
