Superb

Liked: The hotel is within easy reach of the Messe Berlin. Nice hotel, great staff on hand for any questions. The room we had was a very good size with a balcony, in a quiet location.

Nicest front desk I have...

Liked: I can't overstate the friendliness of the staff and charm. Great pool, kid friendly, location is close to train so easy to access from the West.
Disliked: Decor is slightly outdated but still nice and luxurious .
