The staff are good, the...

Liked: The hotel set back from the road, and has no car noise polution from the street. So this is great and I could leave my window open.
Disliked: The hotel is tried and requires a refresh. Some of the rooms are very small. Poor insulation between the hallways and the room itself. The bar area is really very basic and just poor. The communiel areas are just not of a level that I would expect or need.
