It was good over all.

Liked: I liked the room, I had chosen this hotel because of the breakfast but came to find out that the breakfast had changed, also they can use more pillows in their beds.
Disliked: that they charge for their TV controls, they don't let you know you need to leave a deposit for them, you find out about it, after the fact, that once you're in the room.

Disliked: My shower would not give me hot water it was cold and difficult to shower in the cold. The ac/heater hits directly on the bed I personally didn’t care for it hitting me directly.

Liked: The location is good, the cleaning staff worked hard at keeping the area nice. The kitchen staff was friendly and nice. The security was good.
Disliked: The room had no facilities, no microwave, no coffee machine, no iron, no hair dryer. And the remote control only worked intermittently. The room had just the very basic bed and TV. The hot water went cold very often. The room was initially kind of dirty.

Liked: I loved it when the hotel is almost empty. Very peace and this time was.
Disliked: The front desk woman with a nasty attitude.. they enjoy fighting and arguing with guests..
