Liked: Room was very clean. The windows were sound proof and it had electric shutters to totally block out the light. Great for a traveler from a different time zone who wants to sleep. There are numerous good places to eat within walking distance. It is also about 250 meters from Metro station one station away from airport. The staff was very helpful and professional.
Disliked: The pillows were too hard. This is a pet peeve of mine, I like a soft pillow and it seems every hotel nowadays have these kind of pillows. Also when I returned to my room in the morning, there was a problem with water raining down from bathroom above to my bathroom. I told the front desk and they were aware of the problem and had been trying to fix problem without success. In this particular room when the person in the floor above showered, it rained below.

Friendliness and good value for...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location (a short walk from the subway) was great for our purpose which was to spend the night before a flight next morning. The restaurant offer just around the hotel was varied and the breakfast was very good and generous!
Disliked: The place is clean and has everything one may need for a stay, but it's starting to show the signs of wear here and there
