I'm not unhappy for one...

Liked: Extremely clean and modern.
Disliked: Room was extremely small with very little space for luggage. Not as shown in photos.

Good for one night stay,...

Liked: Very close to the airport and perfect when one has to fly early in the morning. The staff was very nice and pleasant, ready to answer any question!
Disliked: The room was extremely dated, everything felt as it was the late 90s - not much character at all, the view from the window was like a dumpster. No complementary anything in the room, just a bed to spend the night. Surely at that price, some more maintenance would have been nice.

Better hotels near by, would...

Liked: Very close to the metro for getting to the airport. The hotel was quiet
Disliked: Bed was unstable and wobbly even just sitting on it with feet on the floor, it felt like it was going to collapse. Lying on it was worse. There wasn’t a kettle for use as described in facilities list, there was a coffee maker but there was a charge to get hot water from this. Room very small and no where to put a suitcase, with the case on the floor it was difficult to pass it when walking around the bed.The day time staff were friendly but the overnight staff member was so unfriendly and grumpy.

Liked: Great place to wait for your flight. The airport is quite near, Barajas has restaurants and cafes, and "downtown" Madrid is easily accessible.

Exceptional

Liked: Rafael was such a delight and we managed to speak with my broken Spanish and his broken Portuguese. The food at breakfast was great with variety. The room was perfect for one person with a single sized bed.

Superb

Liked: Excellent place to stay if you want to stay close to the airport. It is literally one metro stop from the airport. The room is comfortable and the bathroom filled our expectations. We would stay here again. Just take into account that if you want to visit downtown Madrid, it takes around 45 min to an hour to get there even by metro, make sure to reserve enough time!

Liked: Great stay! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and stable WiFi. Perfect location—just one metro stop from the airport and a short walk. Decent breakfast. Would stay again!
