Good value hotel in a...

Liked: Good value hotel in a great area with lovely staff and a good breakfast.
Disliked: We were in a ground floor room which was very dark. I’m sure the rooms upstairs are much brighter.

Great hotel in quiet area...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a very quiet area. Rooms very comfortable and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent service at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with large choice of dishes

It was a super cute...

Liked: Property is super cute and there are a lot of gathering / hangout spots. Bedroom is very spacious. Breakfast service was lovely, they’re very attentive and breakfast food is fine. The 24/7 front desk means you can come any time and drop your bags off even at 7 am (which is what I did) before leaving for the day until check in. Location is great - close to parks and cafes.
Disliked: Not a lot of sound proofing, so bring earplugs. The restaurant food varies from not very good to fine.

Design stay in CDMX

Liked: Really beautiful setting, well designed rooms in an old Condesa house. Helpful and kind staff. Would recommend for a relaxing stay in CDMX.
Disliked: Probably the choice of breakfast could be improved, but it would not prevent me from booking again.

Perfect location!

Liked: The Villa is in a perfect location. Hector steered us to fabulous restaurants in the neighborhood. We were able to walk to galleries and shopping. It is also quiet, the garden in the courtyard is beautiful.

Liked: The location, the cozy building and decor, and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere!
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for our liking, but we'll still stay again!

Perfect place to relax but...

Liked: It’s a beatiful place in a nice area
Disliked: No adaptors and not sockets to plug my stuff. No facilities to work but excellent place if you travel for pleasure. Breakfast is good but served in a frozen place at 7.30 ( too late if you go for business €

Would love to return

Liked: Everything was fantastic. Sanctuary of a place. The breakfasts were delicious. Close to lots of gorgeous restuarants and pretty bars. Condessa is a beautiful area. Close enough to walk into the main sq of the city too (if you don't mind walking too much!)
Disliked: Nothing
