Poor Service!!!

Liked: Great location, easy walk to Metro and thr Montmarte Area
Disliked: We were in the Bohemian Room 62 with a double bed and a sofa bed. After the first night, the leg on the sofa bed broke, leaving the bed unusable. The reception team were informed at 9am that that morning that it was broken and they said they would have it fixed. Got back to the Hotel late, only to be told the bed had not been fixed and with no spare mattress or fold out bed available, I was told the broken bed was the only option and I had no option but to sleep on a make shift bed of pillows on the floor.After an uncomfortable night, the staff advised me that it would either be fixed or we would be moved. We were moved, but to a much smaller room.I have emailed the Hotel twice and sent a message on Booking.com with a complaint and have had no response to date. I'm bitterly disappointed with the service we received about this issue.Also, be aware the lift is literally the size of a square closet!!

Would definitely recommend this hotel...

Liked: location was good, plenty of restaurants, shops and easy access to metro stops. Room was comfy and clean and staff were really friendly.
Disliked: not enough milk for a coffee or tea. Room was a bit on the warm side even though it was October but could open the window and it wasn't too noisy

After evaluating all the pros...

Liked: A cozy hotel in the city center, it is easy to reach the most important places of interest on foot. Helpful staff at the reception. There are many cozy cafes and shops nearby.
Disliked: Room service was very sparing of tea and coffee, we had to use your own. Towels could also be changed daily

Liked: Rooms were clean , looked exactly as the photos! Lovely staff!
Disliked: Nothing really other than room being a Bit smaller than what we are used to !
